Hong Leong Asset Management Bhd (“HLAM”) has declared income distributions amounting to RM690.26 million for 18 Funds, over the period 1 January to 31 December, 2019.

“Our fund managers have continuously strived to effectively create value for our investors, resulting in the Funds declaring income distributions of over RM690 million in 2019. We are grateful for the continued support and trust of our investors. Entering into 2020, we will continue our commitment to unit holders’ to meet the Funds’ respective objectives and deliver returns.” said HLAM’s Chief Executive Officer, Hoo See Kheng.   

“The current interest rate environment will remain accommodative supporting the growth of the local market. Investors will continue seeking for higher-yielding investments in a low interest rate environment.  Aside from income generating investments, investors are advised to build a long-term diversified portfolio that is able to weather through different market cycles. Despite the current market concerns, our fund managers are optimistic over the medium- to long-term growth. We strive to deliver capital growth and income for our funds,” he added.
