Hong Leong Asset Management Bhd (“HLAM”) was recently awarded twelve Fund Awards including the Best Equity Award – Malaysia Provident in the Refinitiv Lipper Fund Awards 2020.

The Hong Leong Penny Stock Fund (“HLPSF”) which was renamed Hong Leong Value Fund on 27 March 2020 clinched the best performing fund awards for Equity Malaysia - Malaysia Provident, in the 5 year and 10 year categories. The Hong Leong Dividend Fund (“HLDF”) and Hong Leong Growth Fund won the 3 year and 5 year categories for the Equity Malaysia Income – Malaysia Provident and Equity Malaysia Diversified – Malaysia Provident awards respectively. This is the second consecutive win for HLPSF and HLDF in the 5 year category and third consecutive win for HLDF in the 3 year category.
In addition, Hong Leong Asia-Pacific Dividend Fund won the Equity Asia Pacific ex Japan - Malaysia, 3 years category while HLAM’s Shariah fund - Hong Leong Dana Makmur bagged a total of 4 Fund Awards, emerging as the winner for Equity Malaysia – Malaysia Islamic and Equity Malaysia - Global Islamic, in the 3 year and 5 year categories respectively.
